🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear unboxing video and photo proof is provided

📌 Without proper proof, returns/refunds will not be processed.


❌ Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selection by customer

  • Size/fit issues

  • Minor color/design variations

  • Delayed delivery due to courier


📦 Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Photos of the product

✅ After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred), or

  • Refund (if replacement unavailable)


🚚 Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you for return shipping

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Amount will be credited to:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank account (for COD orders)


🔁 RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If a customer refuses to accept the order:

  • No refund will be provided

  • Future orders may require prepaid payment only


⚠️ Important Notes

  • We rely on third-party logistics partners; delays may occur

  • Damages during transit are handled after verification

  • Fraudulent claims may lead to account restriction
